I found the passage in an article over at Counterpunch , the article is titled “The Price of Participating in Society is the Sacrifice of Privacy and Self” .
Chen’s short story is titled ‘A History of Future Illnesses‘ .
A more appropriate title would be ‘A description of modern illness‘ .
