The H.A.A.R.P gets tuned

A report in the New Scientist states that the US Air Force intends to send an array of tiny satellites into orbit , these will release plasma into the ionosphere to increase the range & accuracy of ‘communications’ systems . Ground based H.A.A.R.P grids currently send an electromagnetic beam into the upper atmosphere which is reflected back to earth , this is only effective during the night as the ionosphere is much denser . This proposed satellite system will ‘seed’ the ionosphere with charged particles allowing H.A.A.R.P to operate more efficiently during the day . The full article here at the New Scientist .

A harmless weather station

H.A.A.R.P facilities are sited strategically across the globe , including this suspicious looking  at Capel Dewi , Carmarthenshire , Wales . This site is officially listed as a ‘radar facility’ , it is run by the Natural Environment Research Council (NERC) . NERC describes the facility as an ‘atmospheric observatory’ that is the ‘UK’s most powerful and most versatile wind-profiling instrument’ , basically an expensive weather station , which may be true , or not .

Many observers cite this type of facility as being the real cause of global warming , mind control & erratic weather conditions including earth quakes , which may be true , or not .
