Cultocracy note :
The plot thickens .
On the surface it would appear that the technology has been reverse engineeered , the Chinese are very good at that kind of thing . Although the Chinese administration denies any involvement .
The articles could also be complete BS , or they could point to inter ageny conflict in the US .
Havana Style “Sonic Attacks” On Embassy Personnel In China
More strange “sonic attacks” reported, this time in China. And once again, as with the US embassy in Cuba, the state department is warning staff to keep them updated on any abnormal hearing or vision issues. One person complained of “subtle and vague, but abnormal, sensations of sound and pressure.” Less-than-lethal (LTL) sonic weapons are nothing new and using frequencies to alter thoughts, discern emotion or incapacitate a person exists with more certainly under covert development.
Jinnie Lee, a spokeswoman for the US embassy in China, says an employee experienced a “variety of physical symptoms” from late 2017 until April of 2018 while working at the US consulate in Guangzhou. She was sent back to the US and diagnosed with a mild traumatic brain injury (MTBI).
“We do not currently know what caused the reported symptoms and we are not aware of any similar situations in China, either inside or outside of the diplomatic community. The US government is taking these reports seriously and has informed its official staff in China of this event,” the official statement read.
The statement also warned employees in the area: “While in China, if you experience any unusual acute auditory or sensory phenomena accompanied by unusual sounds or piercing noises, do not attempt to locate their source. Instead, move to a location where the sounds are not present.”
The US is not laying blame on the Chinese who say they are also investigating the situation. So far there is nothing that specifically links the Havana events with what is going on in China apart from “strange sounds” being involved.
